The Fishing Techniques gallery of the NOAA Photo Library was developered as a cooperative effort of NOAA and the Fisheries Department of the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO). This gallery was developed to assist interested individuals and organizations to better understand the range of fishing techniques available to help them better manage the fisheries resources of our seas.
